The sound quality of the phone is worst. I can able to hear the other end's voice clearly. But they aren't able to. Hands free volume is very low. Even the good old 1100 can do better in sound quality. FM volume is better. But not enough. To speak a call without interrupt you will have to always rely on the headsets. Now with this phone headset is becoming a essential one now. Although is is slim phone we cant feel in that way because of essential headset. :(

Regarding messaging the usual problem. The keypad is so flat so that makes us to type wrong sequences. Esp prob with *,0 and #.
