Unsatified Customer

Phone owned for

I have only had my phone for only a couple of weeks & my screen is starting to I guess not work! I now have to tap in the corner of the letter, but too much in the corner taps the letter above. I'm a texter, I communicate a lot this way, so this phone was suppose to meet that need, but it has made my communication very hard. I  feel that I should have chosen the Samsung, #1 b/c it's a familiar brand, #2 I would have been much more satisfied. I feel that I was a ginny-pig to this new product only to see my sister & many of my friends enjoying their Samsung b/c of the problems I'm having with my Hauwei. I truly feel like I wasted my money.

Sincerely,
NiNi

I am a disatified customer with the Huawei M750

Phone owned for

This phone sucks it was quickly put to get and the preformance is the worst that I have seen on one of Metro PCS phones. The metro Web Browser is a view only browser, it does not allow you to see many images you can not sign into any of the sites with a password and username. If you go to a regular computer site, you get a message back stating that the file is to big to access or your mobile phone  do not support this site....is sucks.

I also noticed that the Happy helpful manual that is given with this phone it tell you how to program your phone with a speed dial but no where in the Helpful useful book does it tell you if you need to press the number to ring the person or if you have to use the star key or pound sign.....I am still trying to figure this one out. This phone does not have the voice recognition that most phones have as a safety feature to keep people from trying to dial a phone number while driving.

I have not found how to use the supposidly veido recorder on this phone.....Oh I forgot it does not have one instead it has a freaking tape recorder on it something that  is so unusualful most other provider are running at 3 and 4 G's This phone is running more at -3 and -4 G's it is so slow. I paid a total of 249.00 for this phone and I would give it away it is the worst peice of crap that I ever purchased in my entire life. But this weekend I will take this back to Metro PCS
and see what I able to get back for it. IF I cant get any money back I will have them deactivate it and give it to
the first person I see when I walk out of the store tell them good luck with it and go straight to Boost Mobile and get a phone that really handles the web for less money and a real web browser, also the ring tones on this thing suck. My opinion I would not recomend that any one waste there money buying this phone. My Opinion is that Metro PCS wanted to try and coner the touch screen market, they had china quickly throw togather a non workable phone and placed it on the market at chirstmast to get that coner of the market. Metro PCS should not be proud of
this phone and should have a total re-call on this phone. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR GOOD MONEY DONT BUY ONE!!!

This is the worst phone i have ever purchased. At first buying it the phone worked with no problems, however typing on the small key pad on the phone was very annoying and after 2 months of owning it i still have problems because the letters are sooooo small. But the phone worked nontheless.  Now after 2 months of use, and never dropping it on the floor or in water, the touch screen does not work at all.  In order for me to unlock the phone someone has to call me.  And to make a call, the person must be on my contacts.  As far as texting, forget about it! I have tried everything.  This was the biggest waste of money (and it wasn't exactly cheap eithe).  By the way, picture ad voice record messages sent to people that are not metro pcs users is horrible--they never receive them!  And the camera is horrid.  I DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

give it a chance

Phone owned for

I've had a samsung messenger for about  a year now. I liked it, but decided to try something new. i went for the M750. can't afford the finesse right now.I see a lot of complaints about not being able to connect to your computer or netbooks, etc...first of all the phone acts like an external Hard disk drive when connected to a computer. If you don't have a mini SD card in the phone yet. there is no disk to connect to. installing enhanced USB drivers on your computer may fix the problem. Most Netbooks still are using Xp (if in windows mode). drivers are necessary.when is does connect via usb mode, drag and drop and make sure the format is correct. I would like to see a landscape qwerty keyboard, but, I am getting used to the one available. and although I don't do  much video wathcing on my phone, being able to watch videos of my new nephew being sent would be okay.it would be nice to be able to change a couple of resolution scales in different palces. Background, menu line details for music and video files. smaller resolution would mean I could read the whole name of a file. the background is stretched and most of my photos are elongated. The onboard speaker is about the clearest I have ever heard. with only a little distortion at high volumes. and it has a choice of 4 different equalizer settings. nice. The screen is very clear and bright.with the only viewing problems are it high angles from the top of the screen.over all for the money I  paid, I think I got my moneys worth. I give it a 6.5 outta 10. thanx for reading.ABAGADAY!

Not a very good phone at all!

Phone owned for

First I noticed that the internet is not very good it does not support java, you cannot watch any types of videos online the mobile web is not very good at allsecond to hook it up in usb mode you have to download third party drivers, the phone will not connect to a pc without them!third when you finally get it in usb mode and connect it to a radio it freezes up! It would play about 2-3 songs then freeze up then you have to take the battery out to get it to unfreeze, then you plug it back in to usb mode and it will say "FULLY CHARGED" and freeze up again!for the money I spent on this thing maybe the functions should work!Next half the time I would send a text message, the messages would not be sent! I would send a message two to three times to finally get the message through! I just sent 4 pictures yesterday and none of them arrived! I would suggest that you do not buy this phone! As I am returning mine today!the camera features are very poor the pictures all come out a tad bit dark even when in night mode and brightness turned all the way up!

Very short learning curve. The keyboard is a challenge in the begining but after three days I did not need the stylus any more. The keyboard would be much easier to use if it could be oriented in landscape mode. No software driver came with the phone. Speakerphone is too low to be useful. limited application peferences..defaluts only. The bottom line is: For the money the phone delivers!

Huawei m750 review

Phone owned for

Okay first let me say this.
Been a metropcs customer since the service started in my area.
They have been at the leading edge of the pre-paid market for some time.
They have good phones and even though you have to pay full price for their phones there usually good and
reliable.
Now! The Huawei m250.
If you want a touch screen phone and don't want to pay $349.00 for the Samsung Finesse or have the credit
to go to AT&T to get the all mighty iPhone then this phone is for you.
You can get this phone on a regular contract price at Metro and you don't have to upgrade to their smartphone
plan.
Basic touch screen stuff and straight forward menu,  but you can download apps and screensavers and music.
just like anything else i've seen out there.
One of the unique items about this phone is it comes with a stylus pen.
Most qwerty touch screens on alot of touch phones ive tested are hard to text on with people who have big fingers.
with the stylus you don't have that.
You may have to tap the letters one at a time but you don't have to constantly go back be cause you fat fingered the
wrong letter.
Over all a good phone for the price. Id recommend it to anyone.

This phone is a little frustrating to use, but once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. As with anything we just purchase. I have had some issues with the camera such as, shut down when not used right away. I mean i know it's a smartphone, it just takes the phone too long for it to power up and get it together. But i still like it.
