Just as you’d expect from one of the best foldable phones on the market, the Razr Fold delivers insanely fast performance courtesy of Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and 16GB of RAM.

Yes, you aren’t getting the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 silicon unlike with the Galaxy Z Fold 8, but the chipset sits just below the flagship, and I assure you: the only way you’ll feel the difference is if you’re a hardcore power user who multitasks with a gazillion heavy apps and needs the absolute peak of today’s chipset engineering. Otherwise, you should be completely fine and more than satisfied with how fast and responsive your fancy foldable phone is.

You’ll also love the photos taken by the triple 50MP rear camera system and the 32MP selfie snapper. The pictures turn out with high quality and vibrant colors, along with brighter exposure and lifted shadows. That said, it delivered just over 2,000 nits of peak brightness in our tests, rather than Motorola’s advertised 6,200 nits. It’s bright enough to easily use in direct sunlight, so no issues there.
