The design looks similar

Design-wise, the Pixel 11a looks almost identical to the Pixel 10a, which itself looks very similar to the Pixel 9a. You shouldn't be surprised by this move, as the Big G has already made it clear that it will try to stick with a particular design for its smartphones for at least three years. So, most likely, the Pixel 12a might come with a new design, not the forthcoming Pixel 11a.

The rear camera is placed inside an oval in the top-left corner; the oval's size does look slightly smaller than what we have seen on the Pixel 10a. On the front, you will continue to get thick bezels, which look totally unexpected nowadays, especially after learning that some companies are working on phones with almost zero bezels.

The size of the upcoming Google phone is reported to be 153.46 x 72.35 x 9 mm. This dimension suggests that the device will be slightly smaller than its predecessor, whose dimensions are 153.9 x 73 x 9 mm.

Pixel 11a specifications

While the Pixel 11a looks almost identical to its predecessor from the outside, the smartphone is really getting some meaningful upgrades inside. According to a well-known tipster, Mystic Leaks, the upcoming budget phone from Google will be powered by the Tensor G6 processor and will also include the Titan M3 security chip and MediaTek M90 modem.

Its 6.3-inch display will offer a 3350-nit peak brightness, and it will most likely be available in an 8GB RAM option. The exact battery size isn't known yet, but it is said to offer a "minimal capacity of 4,870 mAh." Camera details are also a mystery at the moment; however, its front shooter is internally referred to as "dokkaebi."

Pixel 11a looks great on paper

Thanks to the reported Tensor G6 processor and MediaTek modem, the Pixel 11a looks like a very incredible mid-range phone from Google. Online reports suggest that most users are satisfied with the Pixel 10a, especially with its battery life. Its successor will most likely continue the tradition of offering incredible screen time courtesy of the latest processor from Google and a bigger battery.

All that said, the pricing of the Pixel 11a is still unknown, and honestly, I believe it's going to increase because of the ongoing memory crisis. The 128 GB variant of the Pixel 10a costs $499, and I think we could see a bump of at least $50 in pricing, making the Pixel 11a available at $550. But again, this is just my wild guess, so please take this with a grain of salt.
