It's 2026, but the Moto G Power (2025) is somehow back in the limelight at a $100 Prime Day discount
Yes, a 2025-released Motorola mid-ranger can be a very smart Prime Day 2026 buy at this killer price.

Normally priced at $299.99, the 6.8-inch handset is cheaper than not just the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G and Moto G Power (2026), but also the Moto G Stylus (2025) after a massive $100 markdown. This is actually not a completely unprecedented Moto G Power (2025) deal, but it does match the highest discount ever scored by the budget-friendly device.
Perhaps more importantly, the promotion comes after the entire Moto G (2026) family received predictable but painful price hikes, which makes the 2025 G Power edition far more attractive than its only slightly improved sequel.
The Moto G Power (2026), mind you, packs the same (unremarkable) MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor as its predecessor while only bumping up the cell capacity from 5,000 to 5,200mAh and yet for some reason it costs $399.99 (and it's not even available at a substantial discount for Prime members right now).

In other words, the Moto G Power (2025) is roughly twice as affordable as the 2026 generation, which brings no notable upgrades in the screen size, resolution, rear camera, build quality, storage, memory, or charging departments. Apart from that tiny battery size improvement, the Moto G Power (2026) only holds one other advantage over the deeply discounted 2025 model in a 32MP front-facing camera, which we can all agree is not worth anywhere close to $200.
Obviously, you will need to meet one key requirement to claim this Prime Day 2026 deal, and while Amazon's summer extravaganza is technically scheduled to run for no less than four days, I strongly advise you to hurry and pull the trigger as soon as possible, especially if you want to be able to choose between Leaf Green and Slate Gray colorways. Trust me, you won't find a better phone than the Moto G Power (2025) at a comparable price this week (or anytime soon).
