Motorola's most advanced phone, the Signature 27, is now official

Motorola unveiled its new Motorola Signature 27 smartphone today, during the Snapdragon Summit. Also unveiled today was the chipset that powers the device, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 Mobile Platform.

Motorola says that the Signature 27 is the most advanced smartphone it has ever made

I’ve personally owned several of Motorola’s most iconic smartphones, including the Motorola DROID. I also drooled and turned green with envy when someone I knew bought the DROID X. I mention this because the Lenovo unit calls this device the most advanced smartphone the company has ever made.

The phone features the Gemini personal AI assistant

These days, a smartphone has to offer on-device AI to give consumers what they want and need. The Motorola Signature 27 delivers this and more. Motorola says that the Signature 27 features a 50MP main camera backed by a Sony LYTIA sensor. The device is also equipped with a 200MP periscope telephoto camera.

Motorola’s Video Enhancement Engine analyzes scenes using AI to adjust color tones. This feature will allow users to capture natural, true-to-life colors.

The Signature 27 features audio by B&O, a first for Motorola

Thanks to Motorola’s partnership with Bang & Olufsen, the Signature 27 will be the first Motorola phone to feature Audio by B&O.
