A plethora of exciting unreleased Apple products may have just been confirmed as coming soon
Apple's first-ever smart home hub, second HomePod mini, mythical tabletop robot, AirPods Pro 4, and next-gen iPad mini are just a few of the devices the company is clearly working on.
Apple doesn't leak its own devices very often, but when it does, it essentially confirms its work on more than a dozen different gadgets, some of which are likely only a few weeks away from a commercial debut while others might not see daylight for months or even years to come.
Are you ready to fill your house with Apple stuff?
The Cupertino-based tech giant certainly seems to think so, preparing not just an upgraded HomePod mini edition but a first-of-a-kind Apple Home Hub, a potentially groundbreaking tabletop robot, and possibly, a smart doorbell or some type of home security camera as well.

Obviously, there's a lot of conjecture involved here, but all of these products have been in the news before, so while their final names and detailed lists of capabilities remain impossible to guess, their general purpose and main rivals aren't that hard to figure out.
The J490 and J491 codenames, for instance, are most likely related to two different versions of a Google Nest Hub and Amazon Echo Show-rivaling Apple Home Hub (or HomePad), one of which is expected to casually sit on a desk or table while the other could feature the necessary accessories to be mounted on a wall.
What upcoming Apple product are you most excited about?
Then you have the B525 internal designation that almost certainly belongs to a belated sequel for the 2020-released HomePod mini (aka B520). If you don't find that particularly exciting, the J229 and J595 codenames are likely to pique your curiosity more, having no connection to any existing products. The former is believed to be a device with "multiple sensors and the ability to detect alarm sounds and capture images" (which sounds an awful lot like a Ring camera), while the latter could bring Apple's mythical tabletop robot with an iPad-like display mounted on a motorized arm one step closer to commercial reality.
But wait, there's more
More references to mysterious products and accessories Apple might be looking to release relatively soon, that is, including a "Pebble" codename that likely designates an all-new operating system expected to run on the company's first-ever smart home hub.

Then you've got an "audio accessory" of some sort that's completely shrouded in secrecy, a bunch of color options that may or may not be associated with the HomePod mini 2 (specifically, Rose Pink, Silver, Space Gray, and Starlight), and on an entirely different front, the AirPods Pro 4 and two possible new additions to the Beats headphones roster.
While no one knows what the two Beats-branded products could be called or what existing models they're likely to replace, AirPods Pro 4 may very well be the official name of Apple's first earbuds with built-in cameras. Alternatively, of course, the company could be working on two different high-end AirPods versions, one more "traditional" and one bolder that was previously rumored to be called AirPods Ultra.
And even more
But this time, there aren't a lot of surprises to note or mysteries to crack, as the iPhone 18, 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, iPhone Ultra, and iPhone Air 2 have long been just about guaranteed to see daylight this fall... or next spring.
The same more or less goes for a new iPad mini edition expected to replace the 2024 generation's IPS LCD screen and Apple A17 Pro chip with a high-quality OLED panel and A19 Pro processor by the end of 2026, as well as a bunch of upgraded iMacs and MacBook Pros that... honestly don't excite me much.

There's one other product that Apple is apparently working on that... also doesn't excite me one bit, but it certainly intrigues me as I expected the company to abandon it after the monumental Vision Pro flop. That's right, a headset carrying the codename N109 is still in the pipeline for some reason, although it's not entirely clear if this is meant to be a proper high-end sequel for the original model or a lower-cost version that was previously believed to be suspended or altogether cancelled.
Keep in mind that the discovery of these codenames with just a few weeks ahead of an expected iPhone product launch event doesn't mean all devices will actually be unveiled this September, with several of them likely to go official later this year, next year, or even further down the line. And yes, some might still be cancelled and never see the light of day.
