Windows Phone 7 Samsung Cetus i917 pays a visit to the FCC
We managed to get some insights about Samsung's upcoming Windows Phone 7 powered device, the Cetus, thanks to the Bluetooth SIG last week. However, this time around the device has paid its normal visit to the FCC where we find in the listing that it'll support the 850/1900 MHz 3G bands – meaning that it has support for AT&T. No fancy pictures unfortunately, but instead, we are just treated to an outlining of the expected device – so you'll have to use some imagination to fill in the gaps. Just as a refresher though, the Samsung Cetus SGH-i917 will feature a 4” AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, front-facing camera, microSD card slot, and FM radio. Now the only thing left to do is play the waiting game – so it'll be anyone's guess as to when we'll actually see this handset in the flesh.
