Share pictures by tapping phones
A television commercial for the
Sony Xperia T is set to be shown this coming weekend. The ad focuses on the 13MP camera on the back of the device. Being in front of the camera is nothing new for the Sony Xperia T which will be featured in the upcoming James Bond movie
Skyfall.
AT&T is going to be having a promotional tie-in to the film with its LTE-enabled version of the phone, the Sony Xperia TL (L for LTE).
Sony's new flagship model goes from
sleep to shutter is about 1.5 seconds which is great for those moments when something happens unexpectedly that you want to capture in a photograph. And thanks to Android Beam, you can share all of your photographs quickly and easily by tapping your phone with another NFC enabled Android model with the feature.
If we were running the marketing for the phone, we'd simply say, "
If it's good enough for 007, it's good enough for you." Sony, for its part, wants to focus on the camera and we can't say that we blame them.
