Sprint's HTC One (M8) receives Android 4.4.4 and Eye Experience update
If you are a Sprint customer with the HTC One (M8), be on the lookout for the notification that you have received an update. This OTA update brings Android 4.4.4 and the HTC Eye Experience to both the regular version and the Harman Kardon version of the spectacularly designed flagship handset.

As we've already mentioned, thanks to earlier carrier updates (believe it or not, Verizon pushed this through to its HTC One (M8) owners last week) the Eye Experience includes a number of cool new features for the front and back camera including Face Tracking. This allows your face to stay in focus during a video chat, no matter how active you are. All you need to do is stay in frame. Crop Me In allows you to take a picture that combines an image from the front-facing and rear-facing cameras. Face Fusion shows what a combination of two people would look like, if they merged into one person with just one face. And Live Make Up allows you to take perfect selfies. Lastly, the Photo Booth setting brings back the good old days when you would take four quick snapshots from a photo booth..

When you download the update and install it on your phone, you are best served with a Wi-Fi connection. And make sure that your battery is at least 50% charged. Because this update is sent out on a staggered basis, you might have to be patient and wait calmly before the update hits your phone. You can try to coax it out by going to Settings > Software Update > Check New.
