Sprint to roll out Android 8.0 Oreo for HTC U11 on January 22
The unlocked HTC U11 has already been updated to Android 8.0 Oreo last year, but only in the United States. About two weeks ago HTC confirmed the roll-out began in the EMEA region, but carrier-branded devices will probably have to wait a bit longer.

If you've bought your HTC U11 from Sprint, you'll be pleased to know the carrier will start rolling out the Android 8.0 Oreo update on January 22. Mo Versi, HTC's VP of Product Management has just announced customers who own the Sprint HTC 11 devices should start seeing the update on Monday.

Although this is a staged update, it shouldn't take more than a few days for Sprint to complete the roll-out process, so make sure to check for Android Oreo on your HTC U11 early next week.

Hey Moneyrena, how about you post that HTC 10 already got 8.0. HTC really stands out, people should appreciate these qualities, not only blindly following the modern bigger-better concept. It makes you look uneducated and robotized.
