Saygus V2 pre-orders to begin Thursday
The Saygus V2 (V-squared) will be available for pre-orders starting on Thursday. The company has been taking pre-registrations for which no money changes hand. Those who pre-register for the device are merely informed by email when the phone is ready to be pre-ordered. These pre-registrations will continue through Thursday at 2pm.

Some time on Thursday, Saygus will send out a tweet announcing that they are taking pre-orders for the V2. Those who pre-registered will be eligible for special discounts and accessories. And if you do pre-order the Saygus V2, you will receive some limited edition accessories with your phone. While a final price won't be announced until tomorrow, the device will retail for less than $600.

The Saygus V2 is equipped with a 5-inch screen offering a resolution of 1080 x 1920. A quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 CPU is under the hood with the Adreno 330 GPU handling graphics. 3GB of RAM is on board along with 32GB of native storage. Those requiring additional memory can use the 256GB capacity microSD slot. A 20.7MP camera graces the back of the unit while a 13MP "super selfie" snapper can be found on the front of the phone. It is all powered by a 3100mAh battery, and Android 4.4.4 is pre-installed. A new type of water proofing technology is used by the manufacturer giving the handset an IPx7 certification. This means that while there is no protection from dust (hence the "x"), the phone can be submerged in up to 3.3 feet of water for as long as 30 minutes and emerge unscathed.

256gb. I can't even fill my 128gb micro sd with mp4 music. But great job saygus, the over all build is still cheaper if compared to other flagship premium phones.

We still need to know more information about this company and where the device made? Is it reliable? Will it get lollipop and when ? What about the warranty ?

I know the Company is based in South Jordan (South Salt Lake City), Utah. I don't know if its being manufactured there, though. Here's their website:

I think the native storage is 64Gigs not 32gb. Also unless I am mistaken but I thought the processor was snapdragon 805.

The storage is 64 GB with 2 MicroSD slots (128 GB max each). The processor was a Snapdragon 805 - which is the only point that I'm really leery about. I want a 64 bit processor to future proof it a bit more (I usually buy phones every 2 or 3 years).
