Samsung releases teaser for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that focuses on handwriting and the S Pen
The September 3rd Samsung UNPACKED event will bring the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. In advance of that introduction, Samsung has produced a teaser that shows different forms of handwriting. The video also shows how the S Pen helps Galaxy Note users capture important information using handwriting, instead of a QWERTY keyboard.

At the end of the clip, Samsung reminds us about September 3rd and asks, "are you ready to Note?" Samsung has turned its phablet into one of the most eagerly awaited handsets to be introduced in the second half of each year.

If the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is on your radar, you might want to check out the video below. After all, they are called teasers for a reason.

Thanks for the tip!

can be, why not? I dont think any phone can be a replacement of a laptop other than note series... the functionalities which note series offer are unriveled and upto a professional level... but I feel, still keyboard typing is more speedy for docs... I have'nt use my laptop from probably last seven or 8 months although I dont own any note series

I think you are an ios user, that's why you think that a smartphone cannot replace a laptop. Android has always been a pc-centric os. And note series are made to take the android os to maximum. ios is made just for phone and tablet.

I have a Sony Xperia Z2 with Android 4.4.2 KitKat. And TBH, I don't think that Android is as awesome as everybody says. It has nothing to do with PC and it will never get even close unless Google decides to make a whole new version of Android specified for PC. But sure, it's a million times better than iOS.

ahh.... xperia? now I got it why you are saying phone cannot be an alternative of a computer... well, android on note series is very heavily modified to give us ultimate professional experience on a phone and I didnt find performing many professional tasks much more easier on any other phone

Hahahaha nice joke. /s lol. Android is still Android and that small screen will not get any better with a stylus. Yeah I know that the Note series gives a lot note taking options (AAA WHAT A PUN) But that's it. Galaxy Note's are just a fancy (not saying gimmicky/useless, but fancy) note taking tools compared to other phones. For some it may be useful. Not for me.

Its can be done if the user is determine. Take an altitude to learn the equivalent Android tools. Many users are fixated with their windows x86 software and are not willing to change. I do most of my work with my Samsung Note Pro 12.2. Give me an example of the type of work that need x86 windows exclusively?

Windows or OS X is just simply lot more comfortable to use on a big screen than Android or iOS. Android and iOS are limited mobile OS's. Just the overall experience. And you have that full sized keyboard to type on.

Try checking out the HancomOffice app if you want a PC-like experience. It has the same drop-down menu system that PC users are familiar with rather than a single menu system that might be less intuitive to some.

As far as the typing is concerned, note is focusing on s-pen to reduce those touch-typing errors.

"In 20 years, laptops won't exist." In 20 years, there will be no clean water to drink in much of the world.

Lots of people who are buying note series, want almost a full-fledged laptop in their pocket.
