First post yay ! I have L720, bought it just for $200 !! Wp8 isn't bad, though a bit boring.

"Wp8 isn't bad, though a bit boring." Just leave it at that and don't keep using it too much...else you'll find out how bad it actually is.

Sorry about the randomness, but the Lumia 925 is only $279.99 on Newegg (in the US), just in case anybody is interested.

I am still hanging on to my dying, unsupported WP7 Nokia 900. Love this stinking thing. I will, of course, be glad to jump on WP8 and most likely not miss imy L900 once I do, but it is nice to have a phone you like enough you can wait until just the right something-something comes out.

Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything. WP8 and WP7... the difference is only the last digit.

Agreed, I recommend you experiment with iOS or Android before you jump to the windows 8 platform, you might live to regret it if you get on that ship before you see what MS is actually going to do with their portion of zombie nokia.

Seriously what's wrong with you? You don't like WP I get it but unless someone is forcing it on you, I don't understand the burst ups. Go with Android and keep your opinions about WP to yourself. FROM A CONCERNED ANDROID USER.

Like him, I was a WP7 user. I switched from WP7 to WP8, with the opinion that WP8 is improved over WP7 (and also because of Nokia). But it is not. So it's logical and ethical that I inform him. I'm helping out others, who are oblivious to the state of WP and make them see through the unwarranted and false praise WP/MS fans shower on WP8. FROM A CONCERNED, PAYING CONSUMER AND WINDOWS PHONE 8 USER.

You've never used a WP device.. We've all figured that out a long time ago... ..................... Does anyone remember that user "troll".... Well, this isn't him because he can actually articulate words, but he's no different... So, don't waist your time fooling with him.. He's just a troll like the other trolls, and he knows it..

"You've never used a WP device" Wish it was true, but unfortunately, I'm using one now and used another before, which is why I have enough knowledge of it, to criticize it. Believe it or not, I don't care.

You do care!! You care about everything I have to say, PA has to say, and the world has to say about WP, and MS!.. You love WP, and MS, and if you didn't you would separate yourself from it.. But, you don't!!! ................... You have no intention too! You say you're on your second WP device, and if that's true one day you will be on your third! You will always use WP, and stay active on the internet with MS, and WP related articles... Anyone who didn't like WP, or MS wouldn't, but you do because you LOVE WP, AND YOU LOVE MICROSOFT!!..... It's plain to see, because any other way doesn't make any sense, whatsoever.. No sense!! .......................... So, now that everyone knows that you love WP it's clear that you are most likely a chronic complainer.. You have been all of your life, and you never grew out if it.. If we were to ask people known you for a long time they would agree that you are cool, but you are the most negative, complaining person out of any one they know.. I know you.. We know who you are!.. ......................... But, this site is for adults! Now, how long have you been complaining about WP?.. You say you had a WP7 device, and now a WP8 device, so we're talking YEARS, AND YOU STILL COMPLAIN EVERY DAY!!! Are you not a smart shoper? Do you not know what you're buying? If you hated WP7 then why would you get a WP8 device? Did you not see the many list, on multiple sites, of all the features upcoming features of WP8? I did.. Everyone else did.. Why not you??.... ............................... So, a lot of people are enjoying their WP devices, but you aren't.. Your fault!! That's your fault!!! YOUR FAULT!! Not my fault,, not Papass's fault, not networkdood's fail,, it's all yours, every single bit of it!... And, if you don't take responsibility for knowing what you were getting into then you take the title as the most uninformed tech enthusiasts in the world.. Well, at least here on PA.. Is that what you're admitting? ....................... And if your point, or excuse to be here, is to warn others not to buy a WP devices then don't bother.. They aren't as clueless as you when it comes to making purchases, and why would they take the advice of someone who obviously doesn't know a lot about smartphones, and keeps basically playing out the definition of insanity, and buying devices he doesn't like?.... Your credibility is at rock bottom, so just stop.. Because the more you try, the worst you make yourself look.. And, every bit of every word in this comment is the PLAIN AND SIMPLE TRUTH!!

"You do care!! You care about everything I have to say, PA has to say, and the world has to say about WP, and MS!" I don't, but i can't keep quiet while someone showers something with false praises for what its not, since i actually have experience with two iterations of it. "if you didn't you would separate yourself from it" I will, in a heartbeat, if they give back my money. "you LOVE WP, AND YOU LOVE MICROSOFT!!" I try really hard to, but i really can't. "Do you not know what you're buying?" I thought i was buying a smartphone "If you hated WP7 then why would you get a WP8 device?" I wanted a Nokia phone, but was apprehensive because it ran WP7 successor, WP8. Some people in the comments/web had me convinced that it was vastly improved over WP7, while it actually wasn't much. I beleived claims by commentators, such as yourself. Which is why i try to prevent people from believing lies, that its good. "Did you not see the many list, on multiple sites, of all the features upcoming features of WP8? I did.. Everyone else did.. Why not you??...." Am i the only one who saw the date?? Developer release - APRIL/MAY Public release - JULY+! Whats more, those features are things that we craved for, since WP8 inception, and after almost 1.5 years, its marked as coming...later! That means, since the 2 year release cycle, claimed by MS, is up and we won't get any more updates. The updates still marked as coming are not enough to make WP compete with iOS and Android. "So, a lot of people are enjoying their WP devices, but you aren't.. Your fault!! That's your fault!!! YOUR FAULT!! Not my fault,, not Papass's fault, not networkdood's fail,, it's all yours, every single bit of it!... " *facepalm* "you take the title as the most uninformed" Its because i'm informed, that i know its bad. You on the other hand... "They aren't as clueless as you when it comes to making purchases" They aren't. I'm giving them the clues. Forewarnings. "every word in this comment is the PLAIN AND SIMPLE TRUTH!!" This one? comment no.22? true.

I'm not even gonna waist my time reading that crap, because that's all it is!.. Just more complaining, complaining, complaining.. You answer with complaining... That's all you know how to do! ........................... You're 15? 16? 17?.. How old are you? Because,it's obvious that you're not a adult.. You're DONE! ........................ What's wrong with you? You don't understand? How can I help you understand how nobody cares that after 3 years you still choose to buy devices you don't like... NOBODY CARES!!!

"I'm not even gonna waist my time reading that crap, because that's all it is!" Funny. Over 50% of my previous post were quotes from YOUR previous post. "How can I help you understand how nobody cares that after 3 years you still choose to buy devices you don't like... NOBODY CARES!!!" My posts have been on WP in general and never on my device, alone.

lowend devices are dominating the market 'cause other flashgips are too expensive just like Lumia 1520

I wouldn't say too expensive, because it depends on the person, but they do cost more... Other than that you just made a factual statement.
