Pandora releases new app for iOS 13, adds Dark Mode, Siri on iPhone, HomePod and CarPlay
Pandora is one of the first music streaming services that are bringing important changes to its app ahead of the iOS 13 release scheduled for September 19. The new app is already available for download via the App Store and includes support for Apple's new system-wide Dark Mode, which is easier on the eyes.

With the new version of Pandora, you'll be able to switch to Dark Mode to lower the brightness of the interface, thus allowing you to focus on music, not the screen. But that's not the only major addition to Pandora's app.

Improvements to Siri have been implemented too, so you'll now be able to ask the voice assistant to play your music and podcasts on Pandora. Simply say, “Hey Siri, play Metallica on Pandora” or “Hey Siri, play the latest episode of This American Life on Pandora.”

All Siri improvements are available on the iPhone, HomePod, and CarPlay so that you can enjoy your Pandora music on either of these Apple products that feature Siri support. Keep in mind that the new features require iOS 13, so they will not work until you update your device to the latest version of the platform.
