While the Nokia Lumia 900 may be facing a delay for its American debut on AT&T, Nokia is still gearing up for a job recruitment day where at least a handful of Lumia 900’s will be distributed to attendees.
On March 15, 2012, Nokia will be hosting a job fair in San Diego. The handset manufacturer is looking to fill over a 100 new positions in its California offices. Nokia’s latest opportunities represent a $10 million investment into the San Diego area. A few of the opportunities available are:
Finally, to sweeten the pot a bit, Nokia will be raffling off a Nokia Lumia 900 every 30 minutes. That means a few lucky job hunters will walk away with Nokia’s latest Windows Phone handset before it’s even available to the public. We’re guessing most of the attendees would rather walk away with a new career, but a free phone is pretty awesome too, and, hey, who said you couldn’t have both?
Mint Mobile is now allowing you to get whichever plan you like for either three, six, or 12 months for just $15/mo. If you go for the six-month unlimited service, for instance, you'll now have to pay just $90 upfront instead of $210.
