Latest images of the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 appear
With just days left before the August 13th Samsung Unpacked event that should see the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, new pictures have surfaced of these two eagerly awaited handsets. We've gone over the specs of these two handsets a number of times, so once more shouldn't matter.

According to the source of the pictures, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 comes with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, protected by Gorilla Glass 4. The screen features a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution, which works out to a pixel density of 515ppi. Powering this variant of the phablet is the Exynos 7422 SoC, which includes an octa-core CPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 32GB/64GB of internal storage. A 16MP camera adorns the back of the phone while a 5MP shooter is found on the front. Keeping the lights on is a 4100mAh battery and Android 5.1.1 is pre-installed.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also comes with a Gorilla Glass 4 protected, 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display. The Exynos 7420 chipset is under the hood, containing an octa-core CPU and the Mali-T760 MP8 GPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 32GB/64GB of internal storage. The same 16MP/5MP camera combo is on board, and a 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on. Android 5.1.1 is pre-installed.

The real star of this story though, are the pictures of the two devices. You can check them out by clicking on the slide show below.

Thanks for the tip!

From what they've been speculating, they'll be showing the Orbis smartwatch too. Is it the 13th yet?

Fall tech is close. iPhones/iPads, Galaxy's, and Notes. It's looking exciting to me.

Same Camera , No SD Card Slot , Smaller Battery , Just a 1.3 Megapixel jump in the Front Camera , Same Screen Resolution, Same Screen Size. Why should you upgrade from a Note 4?

3000mah is for s6 plus, note 5 will have 4100mah if those are true.

Next year they'll go back to the removable batteries and then people will complain about the lack of wireless charging. If people want a removable battery, there are other options, but not many.

yes battery is not removable which is a let down for me as well

my s5 hangs sometimes, hard reboot doesnt work most of the time

the option is left to remove the battery and boot the phone
