LG Optimus Zone 3 hits Verizon's prepaid lineup

Back on Christmas Day, we showed you a render of the LG Optimus Zone 3. At the time, we told you that the phone would soon be joining Verizon's pre-paid lineup. And today, it became official. The handset is available from Verizon for $69.99 and features a 4.5-inch screen. Resolution is unknown. Under the hood is a quad-core 1.1GHz CPU. A 5MP camera is on back, and the front-facing 2MP camera snaps selfies and handles video chats. 32GB of expandable memory is on board. Android 5.0 is pre-installed.

Verizon offers three tiers of service. For $60 a month, you get unlimited talk and text plus 3GB of data. $45 a month gives you unlimited talk and text with 1GB of data. For $30 monthly, you receive unlimited talk, text and Wi-Fi access. You can add more data starting with 500MB available for $5. You have 30 days to use this before the data expires. For $10, 1GB of extra data is yours, good for 90 days. $20 will buy you 3GB of data, also good for 90 days.

Whether you're a featurephone owner looking to buy a smartphone for the first time, or you're a student who doesn't need (or want) the latest high-end flagship, the Optimus Zone 3 will give you what you are looking for. If you're interested in the device, click on the sourcelink.

Thanks for the tip!

The LG Optimus Zone 3 has a 4.5-inch touchscreen, a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor, a 5 MP rear camera, a 2 MP selfie shooter, and 32GB of expandable storage. It runs Android Lollipop, and since the exact version isn't mentioned we assume that's 5.0 and not 5.1. The phone can be paired with the new prepaid plans from Big Red. For $30 per month you get unlimited talk and text, while $45 nets you 1GB of data as well and $60 means you'll receive 3GB of traffic. Read Here: mobilesiri.com/lg-optimus-zone-3-specifications/
