T-Mobile's T-Mix plans will let customers spend "picks" on 12 perks, and an anonymous tipster has sent us a detailed description of every single one. The list adds Apple TV as a third "Founding T-Mix Member" offer next to Netflix Premium and Hulu, and those same picks appear to double as currency for deals on the iPhone 18 Pro Max and the rest of the best T-Mobile phones.
Our tipster's T-Mix perks list adds Apple TV
The tip came in with a simple premise: T-Mix plans hand out a set number of picks depending on your plan and how many lines you have, and those picks get spent on perks.
We can't independently confirm who sent it, so treat everything here as unconfirmed until T-Mobile makes T-Mix official. That said, 11 of the 12 perks match a list that a separate report pulled from a customer's account add-ons page last week, and they also line up with the perk codes we spotted in September.

The new name on the list is Apple TV, which carries the same "Founding T-Mix Member Offer" label as Netflix Premium and Hulu (With Ads). That's notable, since T-Mobile currently charges Experience Beyond customers $3 a month for Apple TV, according to its own streaming page.

How T-Mix picks compare to Verizon and AT&T perks
The picks seem to work like this, based on a new report and the Reddit leak we covered earlier: T-Mix Standard gives one pick per line, capped at four. T-Mix More gives two picks per line for the first three lines and one per line after that, while T-Mix Loaded starts at three picks for a single line and climbs to 14 picks at six lines.
Phone deals cost picks too. A $1,200 iPhone discount with trade-in reportedly costs three picks, a $1,100 Motorola Razr deal costs two, and cheaper promos cost nothing at all. What isn't clear yet is whether picks spent on a phone come out of the same pool you'd use for perks.
Verizon has run its own version of this for a while with myPlan, where each perk is a $10 monthly add-on, as it explained when it announced its Netflix and Max perk. AT&T, meanwhile, lists hotspot data, 4K streaming and security features for its current Value, Extra and Premium 2.0 plans on its support page, with no streaming subscriptions in the mix.
If you're on Verizon, the pitch for T-Mix is that perks are paid for inside the plan price rather than added on top, though the number of picks is the limit you'd run into. AT&T customers don't have an equivalent at all, so this is the area where AT&T looks weakest if T-Mobile prices T-Mix well.
What the founding member label means for Netflix and Hulu users
The detail I'd watch most closely is the "Founding T-Mix Member Offer" label on Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV. The name suggests these are launch-period freebies for early T-Mix customers, which leaves the door open for all three to cost picks later on, just like the rest of the list.
I'd rather choose my perks than pay for ones I skip
A pick system where I could trade a streaming service I don't watch for YouTube Premium or extra Google storage sounds like a real improvement, as long as T-Mobile doesn't quietly turn today's included perks into something we have to spend picks on.
I'm hoping the official launch spells out the pick cost for every perk, and I'd personally love to see T-Mobile keep Netflix and Hulu included on top of the picks for everyone, not just founding members.
On the Visible+ Pro plan, you get access to 5G Ultra Wideband data on Verizon's fastest network. Along with unlimited roaming across Mexico and Canada, 2 days of Global Pass per month, 3x hotspot speeds, 4K streaming, and Smartwatch service.
