LG Optimus L5, $199.95 with no contract from Bell
The LG Optimus L5 is coming to Canadian carrier Bell on July 10th and according to a leaked screenshot, the price will be only $199.95 off-contract. The middle brother in LG's trio of phones belonging to its Optimus L series, the LG Optimus L5 is a low-end device based on the specs. This variant of the phone will launch with Android 4.0.3 installed with Optimus 3.0 UI on top, but consider that the high point. The 4 inch display has a resolution of 320 x 480 and a rather low pixel density of 144ppi. Under the hood is a single-core 800MHz Qualcom MSM7225A CPU with the Adreno 200 holding down the graphics end of things. 512MB is on board with a paltry 4GB of native storage. Luckily, there is a 32GB capacity microSD slot. The 5MP AF camera on back has an LED flash and captures video in VGA resolution at 30fps. A 1540mAh battery powers the unit.

While it isn't reflected in the screenshot, we would expect to see the price taken down to,say, zero for the three-year contract (remember, this is Canada). The handset has already been released last month in Europe, more specifically, the U.K. Germany and France. The LG Optimus L5 will soon find its way to Central and South America.
