Is this the Rose Gold Apple iPhone 6s?

Is this the Rose Gold Apple iPhone 6s?
One of the new things about the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a color option that is going to be available for buyers of the device. After consumers raved about the Rose Gold Apple Watch Edition timepiece (the 38mm 18K model with Rose Gray Modern Buckle is $17,000), Apple decided to make the color available for its next-generation iPhone. Pictures of the Rose Gold colored iPhone 6s have hit Chinese social media sites where the color looks more pink than gold.

This is the first time that Apple has used a pinkish color on one of its metal iPhones. Previously, the color was used for the Apple iPhone 5c which featured a plastic build. We've taken pictures of today's link and added a photo of the Rose Gold Apple Watch Edition so that you can judge for yourself the difference in the Rose Gold shade used on both devices.

Besides offering the phone in the new color option, we expect that the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus will come with new features like Force Touch, and will be built with Series 7000 aluminum that prevents the phone from bending. The Apple A9 chipset will be inside, powering the phone, and the rear camera is expected to get a bump to 12MP from the current 8MP. The inclusion of Force Touch will apparently make the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus .2mm thicker than the current models at 7.1mm and 7.3mm, respectively.

Hey, Google made a deal with KitKat, there's no reason Apple can't make a deal with Pepto Bismol... ...Seriously though, there is no way that is "rose gold." Maybe it's a breast cancer awareness special edition or something (or a fake).

Actually, that Pepto Bismol Edition would make a LOT of sense. Think about it: Seeing the iPhone's pink color would remind you to buy Pepto Bismol every time you got nauseated by seeing the iPhone's pink color... which would be always! The perfect loop! Most effective cross-promotion EVER!

The reason I said it is ugly because it has a White front and Pink back. They should have made it fully Pink instead. Yes. I am getting the Note 5 in Titanium Grey. What abt you?

Still deciding. I'm kinda leaning towards the Edge Plus for the gold color. If the Note came in gold in the states, I'd get it.

That's not what rose gold is...... Rose gold isn't a fancy name for pink.

It looks like the protruding camera lens is still there. I thought Apple was going to slightly thicken the phone in order to remove it. Oh well. Just hope that battery life is better than on the 6.

IMO Rose Gold resembles more of a orange-gold rather than pink-gold. I think they may call it Fushia or something similar to appeal to more women.

Seriouy? Rose gold is like a copper shade. Samsung had a Rose Gold Gear which I had an liked colorwise. The phone in the pic isn't even close

I think they should release a gold version with the front of it being black instead of white.

I'd be tempted by a "space" black stainless steel model, like the Watch has. I say "tempted" because I can't imagine I'd be willing to pony up whatever insane price they'd be asking.

I can afford it. I have a 6 plus, and I'm getting an Edge Plus Friday. iPhones have been overpriced and underpowered, but had a great user experience. Now the user experience sucks like a super massive black hole. It'll sell like hotcakes, and perfom ok. May not even get all the features.

True that. Couldn't afford an iPhone, so I ordered the S6 Edge +. Wink wink.
