Check out these Verizon video teasers for the Motorola DROID Turbo 2
Verizon has been tweeting video teasers for the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, which will be unveiled tomorrow along with the Motorola DROID MAXX 2. A couple of exclusive leaks have come our way over the last two days, confirming that the rumored specs for both models have been right on. The major story here is the 5.4-inch 1440 x 2560 resolution display that will be on the DROID Turbo 2. This will be the first "shatterproof" smartphone display. Motorola calls the three-layered display ShatterShield, and it will come with a four-year warranty.

Some other interesting features of the DROID Turbo 2 include the improvement to the Turbo charging capabilities that will now allow the battery to be charged up to 13 hours, after just 15 minutes plugged into an outlet. The 21MP rear snapper is also improved as it will come with zero shutter lag, and Rapid focus. The front-facing camera is now a wide-angle 5MP snapper, up from the 2MP selfie shooter on the original model.

The DROID Turbo 2 will have up to 48 hours of mixed use battery life, and will be treated with the same nanocoating used on the original model to protect it from spills and light rain.
