Asphalt 8: Airborne goes free on Android
Asphalt 8: Airborne, one of our favorite games for the year, has gone free on Android’s Google Play store, down from its original $1 price. The game is already free on the App Store.

Asphalt 8 is an arcade-style racing game with tons of high-performance cars, exotic locations with scattered platforms and ramps around the tracks that allow you to fly your car and do stunts with it. You have none of the realism of games like Real Racing 3, but instead you get plenty more adrenaline.

With cars like Lamborghinis, Bugattis and Ferraris, and jaw-dropping graphics, we definitely recommend you try the game out yourself, especially now that it’s free. Here’s a quick recap of our review and the links to download Asphalt 8 are right below as well.

“Asphalt 8: Airborne is the best arcade racing game we’ve ever played on mobile. Playing it feels like not simply watching, but being in an action movie. It’s dynamic, aggressive, fun, but leave your expectations for realism out. With gorgeous graphics, great matching soundtrack and tons of replay value, we definitely recommend you try it yourself. See you on the tracks.”
