A new look for the Apple App Store, iBook Store and iTunes is expected for iOS 6

According to 9to5 Mac, Apple will be updating the look of the Apple App Store, iBook Store and iTunes for iOS 6. The changes will deal with how customers interact with the sites. The main focus of the changes will be on "social sharing," and the iTunes Store is currently being tested with some type of Facebook integration that might end up on all three storefronts.

Apple's acquisition of the app discovery service Chomp is not expected to play any role in the updating of the online stores as no changes are in store (pun intended) in relation to the accessibility of the trio. While improvements are expected in terms of app discovery for the future, Chomp related changes won't be ready in time for the launch of iOS 6.

Speaking of iOS 6, the latest update of Apple's mobile OS is expected to be introduced during the upcoming WWDC 2012 which starts June 11th. If you're planning on getting tickets, you might have to pay an exorbitantly high price from a scalper or third party reseller as the event has been sold out for weeks.

This is real innovation unlike Samsuck that's always following Apple's footstep like a dog.

Apple innovate sh*t. Almost all their stuff are made by other manufactures. It's amazing how your weak minded got brain washed by Apple so easily. This time Apple is following Samsung and stealing Android ideas for their iOS6. "Voice Talk" by Vlingo existed in Galaxy S2 and S2 came out before iPhone 4S.

All other phones have voice control before any iPhones were made brainless sheep. "Voice Talk" released before "Siri" and we're talking about "Siri" dumbas*. I wonder did Apple came up first with pulldown notification bar or rectangular mobile devices? What do you all sheep think?

Rectangular shape ... Big deal ... What are you talking about? Innovation? Apple start all that first .. Phones before iphone were just for calling and sending text messages and taking photos, apple change the world of smart phone when Nokia was the top of all phones including samsuck, the new era of phones start with iphone dummy.

They are everyone’s enemy for suppressing innovation and consumer choice via the courts. They fought with IBM decades ago, opposing a monopoly of the PC market, seen as the underdog they received support via open source in the IT community. However they have lost sight of their past and became the Goliath, oppressing consumer choice and user interaction. They only offer one phone, one OS, everything else is candy wrapping to dazzle the masses. The hypnotic monotone ads have the undertones of wartime propaganda campaigns to rally the masses to believe it is good, it is your best interests. Apple are now lagging in the field, with any luck they will release a new iPhone5 with a 4” screen that will bring them up to the 2010 industry standard for android midrange phones. They need to revamp iOS and the Appstore but I believe it will be met with great resistance it will be a repeat of the “New Coke” campaign CocaCola had in 1985, but would Apple bend to consumer resistance and remain the same, provide support dual platforms for new and old iOS interface or will it be the end of them if they persevere with a radical change.

Follow your own advice. Stop popping up in Android stories making negative comments. It's simple, just buy an iPhone.

If u don't like Chevy buy ford, or Chrysler. If u don't like coke buy Pepsi, or Shasta. If u don't like rap country, RnB, or classical. If u don't like baseball there's football, hockey, basketball, or tennis get the picture. How is apple the enemy when they started the cell phone craze? If it weren't for apple, and iOS android wouldn't even exist. They've copied iOS as much as possible, and added their own extras to the recipe that's all they've done. If u don't like iOS then there's android windows phone blackberry os, and Symbian. Pick one and shut the heck up.
