Apple releases promotional videos for iBooks starring Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin

Apple has launched a trio of new promotional videos for iBooks. All three star author George R.R. Martin, who is best known for writing A Game of Thrones. The show has gone to become extremely popular on HBO, as if we had to tell you that. Other titles written by Martin that are available from iBooks include A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast of Crows and A Dance of Dragons.

The books are available from iBooks, priced at a range of $8.99 to $11.99. Because these are digital versions of Martin's books, they include maps, glossaries, character's family trees and other things that will help you quickly understand plots, characters' motives and more.

The videos run much longer than 30 seconds or a minute, which means that you won't see them, or at least full versions of them, on your television.
