Alto's Odyssey for Android up for pre-registration, full release in July
There is no shortage of games in the endless runner genre on mobile devices, but even so there are some endless runners that stand out from the pack. Alto's Adventure was one of those games, and now it's sequel Alto's Odyssey finally looks to be making its way to Android after being on iOS for months now.

Alto's Odyssey was released on iOS about four months ago, but the team just announced the Android version will be released in July and users can pre-register in the Google Play Store now in order to be notified when the game is officially released. As yet, there is no specific release date, but July isn't too far away so it shouldn't be that long of a wait. It's also unclear what the game might cost. The original Alto's Adventure was ad-supported and included in-app purchases on Android, whereas the iOS version (as well as Alto's Odyssey for iOS) was $4.99 plus optional in-app purchases.

Having played both the original as well as Alto's Odyssey on iOS, we're excited for the game to come to Android. Between the beautiful visuals and zen-like gameplay, the Alto games are a couple of the best endless runners available and Odyssey adds enough to the formula to keep it fresh, including new biomes, wall-riding, and more.

You can pre-register to be notified when Alto's Odyssey for Android is released at this link.
