ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity
Just a tad more than
two weeks after its release, the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity
is getting an OTA software update. The new software version, 9.4.5.26, is being sent out to U.S. and international models and fixes some compatibility issues with certain SD cards. It also adds improves stability and enhances performance. Some owners of the latest ASUS flagship tablet say the screen is more responsive to the touch after installing the update.
If you haven't received a notification about the update, you can manually check it out by going to
Settings > About tablet > Software updates, and then hit the button to see if software version 9.4.5.26 is ready to be loaded on the tablet. Some owners of the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity say that they haven't received the update yet and that is quite normal. No one is out to get you and
ASUS doesn't hate you. These things go out in rolling waves, so try to be patient. You won't be waiting for, gulp, infinity.
