If you’ve been sitting on a Verizon upgrade, wishing you could purchase one of those fancy new LTE Android handsets now might be the time to act. Verizon’s online store is having a sale on select 4G LTE phones – namely the HTC Rezound and the LG Spectrum.
Both phones launched in the last few months, the Rezound starting at Verizon’s ludicrous $299 on contract for top tier Android phones, while the Spectrum launched at $199 on contract. Getting either for $99 is a steal, and shows to what extend Verizon feels it must engage in online discounts to compete with the Amazons and Best Buys of the world.
Both phones got good marks from our reviewers, so if you’ve been waiting for a price drop before pulling the trigger on a new phone there’s quite literally no time like the present.
Let us know if you plan to pick one of these up at the discounted price!
