Walmart's pre-Black Friday 3 Day Event comes with big discounts on iPhones, iPads, AirPods, and more
Not to be outshined by arch-rivals Target and Best Buy, both of which kicked off early Black Friday sales ahead of the weekend despite the actual Black Friday "holiday" still being three weeks away, Walmart is also holding a special 3 Day Event through Sunday, November 10.

The reason the nation's largest retailer is getting a little less attention for its ongoing deals is that there are not as many of them as you might expect, but one particular discount should definitely help a popular mobile device from a couple of years ago rank high on your shopping lists right now. If you hurry, you can score the 2017-released iPhone 8 for as little as 100 bucks in brick and mortar Walmart stores, and no, there are no trade-ins involved.

What you need to do is agree to pay for the 4.7-inch handset in monthly installments and activate the thing on a new line of service or a new account altogether with AT&T. After bill credits, you're looking at spending a measly $3.33 a month instead of $15 for two and a half years, bringing the grand total down to $99.90 from a $450 list price. The iPhone 8 on sale here comes with 64 gigs of storage space in a gold color only, offering respectable overall specs and features by today's standards.

Curiously enough, Walmart isn't looking to compete with Target and Best Buy as far as deals on newer iPhones and the latest Samsung Galaxy flagships are concerned (at least not yet), but this 3-day event does shave 15 bucks off the regular price of Apple's second-gen AirPods with charging case

Smartwatch enthusiasts will also be happy to hear the recently released Fitbit Versa 2 is available for $149 after a $50 discount, while those in the market for a decent tablet at an unbeatable price might find Apple's sixth-gen iPad quite attractive at a massive $160 off in cellular-enabled variants accommodating your choice of 32 or 128 gigs of data internally.

It's worth highlighting that Walmart hasn't unveiled its actual Black Friday 2019 promotions yet, and this sale may or may not be related to what's in store for the end of the month.
