If you’re an Apple user in the market for a new tablet but don’t want to break the bank, I believe you’ll find Amazon’s current deal on the 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip intriguing. The retailer is selling the 128GB Wi-Fi-only version of this speedy device for just south of $400, netting you $50 in savings.

Sure, $50 off doesn’t sound like a significant discount, but it’s a pretty nice sweetener and another reason why you should get this iPad right now. After all, as the entry-level tablet in Apple’s lineup, our friend here is the best choice for most users out there who just want a slate that works and that they can watch YouTube on.

If you're on the Android side of the fence, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE with included stylus is selling at a generous discount on Amazon.

With an A16 chip under the hood, it can tackle day-to-day stuff without any issues, so you shouldn’t experience pesky stutters or system slowdowns. Meanwhile, its LCD panel with a 2360 × 1640 resolution will let you enjoy content in high quality. The display supports Apple’s True Tone technology, delivering a more natural viewing experience that's easier on the eyes.

Sadly, the refresh rate and brightness are where the screen shows its budget-friendly side. The refresh rate is capped at 60Hz, and the maximum brightness level is only 500 nits. You can easily adapt to the lower display frequency, but the screen might not be bright enough when used in direct sunlight outdoors. You shouldn’t have any problems with visibility indoors, though.

As for battery life, its 28.93Wh power cell offers six hours and 20 minutes of streaming video or over 10 hours of browsing the web on a single charge, which are pretty solid numbers. Therefore, don’t hesitate! The 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip is obviously worth getting, so if it fits the bill, tap either of the deal buttons in this article and treat yourself to one for less today!
