eBay starts work on an app for Windows Phone 7
The time frame between now and the expected launch of Windows Phone 7 is narrowing with each passing day, so app developers are probably getting down and dirty with the nitty-gritty of things. If you're big on buying products online, more specifically through bidding web site eBay, you'll be happy to know Microsoft has reached out to eBay asking them to create an app for their upcoming platform. Naturally the online bidding company happily accepted the challenge and is of course in the process of getting it ready in time for a fall unveiling. Needless to say that the app will cater to the bidding style that's prevalent on their site, but eBay is fancying the notion of bringing aboard a Half.com application as well. Additionally, we can possibly see features like barcode scanning and video implementation to better the overall experience. Now if we can only see a copy & paste feature in time for launch – that would undoubtedly be a shocker at this point.
