What a haul! $165 of paid apps are free from the Amazon Appstore
Android and BlackBerry 10 users have the opportunity between now and September 27th, to install $165 worth of paid apps for free from the Amazon Appstore. Those using a BlackBerry 10 powered handset will have to install the Appstore on their phone with one major exception. The just launched BlackBerry Passport has the Amazon Appstore pre-installed right out of the box. The Amazon Appstore is also pre-installed on the Amazon Fire Phone and Amazon Kindle Fire tablets.

Other Android users can also install the Amazon Appstore and take advantage of this offer. There are 24 paid apps that Amazon is giving away free for now, and they run the gamut from games like Heroes of Steel, to productivity apps like Office Suite Professional 7. The Swype keyboard is also included in the list of freebies.

The offer looks to be valid in all regions where the Amazon Appstore is available. There are only a couple of days left until the "free" sign gets taken down, so you should go through the list, and download what you want, now.

The 24 paid apps in the Amazon Appstore that are free until Saturday include: Sonic 4 Episode II, Riptide GP2, Threes!, Quell Memento, Another World, Abyss: The Wraiths of Eden, Mahjong Artifacts, Paper Camera, Knots 3D, Heroes of Steel, Office Suite Professional 7, SketchBook Pro, Genius Scan+, Perfectly Clear, Relax Melodies Premium, Schedule Planner PRO, Sworkit PRO, PrinterShare Mobile Print, My Diet Coach – Pro, mSecure, Merriam-Webster's Third New International Pro Dictionary, Swype Keyboard, City Maps 2Go Pro, Earth & Moon in HD, and Gyro 3D PRO.
