The phone is expected in U.S. Cellular stores on July 12th
U.S. Cellular customers who pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S III will soon be joining the customers from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint who have already received the phone. A U.S. Cellular customer has reportedly received an email from the mobile operator
that includes a tracking number indicating that the phone has been shipped.
If true, it will mean that
all five U.S. carriers offering the phone have started shipping out pre-orders. Verizon is still listing the device as being available as a pre-order as it has yet to officially launch the phone. That is
expected to take place on July 12th, coincidentally, the
same date that U.S. Cellular is expected to officially launch the model. To show how heavy demand has been in comparison to supply, as we told you Monday evening, Verizon's web site shows that those who
pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S III now will have to wait until July 19th for the phone to be shipped.
