Samsung may launch new Email Plus app on Android
It looks like Samsung is hard at work to bring Android users a new email app safer than the current one. Many owners of Samsung smartphones received emails from Google a few months ago, which informed them about the fact that the Samsung email app comes from a suspicious publisher who has access to their Gmail data.

The message also contained details about how the publisher of the app could read, send, and permanently delete any message with their Gmail accounts if they wanted to. Despite the fact that Samsung claims that the issue was just a bug that will be addressed, the South Korean company plans to launch a brand new email app for Android devices.

The folks over at LetsGoDigital spotted a new “Email Plus” trademark filed by Samsung in the UK, which is described as a “computer software for smartphones and tablets to manage email accounts.” Although it's unclear when exactly the new app will be released, we wouldn't be surprised to learn that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will be the first to get it.

Even though the Samsung Email app is listed on the Google Play Store, it's only compatible with smartphones and tablets made by the South Korean company, so you won't find it there unless you own such a device.
