Samsung blesses some Galaxy Note customers with free personal engraving
From now until March 31, shoppers at the Samsung's Digital Plaza stores in Korea will be able to get their Galaxy Note monsters laser-engraved with letters of their choosing.

There are a number of fonts to choose from, and, judging from the photos, users are engraving their names in Latin, but also things in Korean. Teh engraving is done on the battery cover by a dedicated machine Samsung has gotten for this effort.

Hopefully Samsung will take those engraving machines and spread the personalized engraving cheer worldwide, including the US at some point.

It would be pretty cool to write "What are you looking at?" on the back - the phone certainly has the bulk to take on anyone with disrespectful attitude.
