Pixel 11 Pro XL charges at the fastest speed of any Google phone, but there is a catch
To charge your Pixel Pro XL up to 75% in 30 minutes, your charger must meet certain requirements.

Charging fast has really never been a trademark of Pixel phones. Even when my Pixel 6 Pro was a spry youngster, it used to charge so slowly that it was frustrating to watch. Now that my Pixel is more than five years old, the battery is seriously degraded, which reduces the charging speed.
Google now offers the fastest Pixel 11 Pro XL charging speed yet
Google appears self-aware of this, having worked hard to increase the charging speed on its top-of-the-line non-foldable model, the Pixel 11 Pro XL. The model is the fastest-charging phone that Google has ever released and the company claims that with its 45W wired charging, the phone can be charged up to 75% in only 30 minutes. However, it turns out that to achieve that charging speed, the Pixel 11 Pro XL needs to be paired with a USB Power Delivery (PD) charger that supports Programmable Power Supply (PPS) with a 21-volt profile.
The Google Store does offer chargers that deliver the 21-volt profile needed for the fastest charging speed
Many regular chargers only reach 20 volts, which limits the phone's charging speed. However, Google's official 45-watt USB-C charger and its 67-watt Pixel Flex charger will both meet the PPS requirement needed for the Pixel 11 Pro XL to replenish its battery at the fastest charging speed ever seen on a Google phone.

Remember that 21-volt requirement for the PPS that we discussed two paragraphs ago? That is not a requirement made up just for the hell of it. Android Authority, using a 67W Pixel Flex USB Power Delivery PPS charger providing power at 21V, was able to get a Pixel 11 Pro XL to charge at a speed that was a tad faster than 40W. However, a second 67W PPS charger supplying power at a lower voltage range, had a peak charging speed of 25W.

The bottom line is that if you own a Pixel 11 Pro XL and want to experience the fastest charging capabilities the handset has to offer, you want to make sure that the charger you have supports PPS and delivers energy at 21V. You can pick up the Google 45W USB-Power Charger from the Google Store for $29.99. This charger does support a 21V PPS profile and will help your Pixel 11 Pro XL charge up to 75% in only 30 minutes.
The 67W Pixel Flex charger comes with multiple ports to charge two devices at once
The 67W Pixel Flex dual-port charger allows you to charge two devices at once, although it does prioritize Pixel phones. Priced at $59.99, this PD charger also supports PPS 21V charging and will deliver the fastest Pixel wired charging experience to date. Since Pixel phones don't come with a charging adapter in the box, you might want to shell out the extra bucks for a new charger from the Google Store.
Just keep in mind that even if you find a 45W or 65W charger at a gas station, if it isn't a Power Delivery charger and it doesn't support Programmable Power Supply (PPS) with a 21-volt profile, the fastest charging you'll get for your Pixel 11 Pro XL is 25W.
