Nexus 5X gets performance boost mixed in with its March security update
The Nexus 5X is in the midst of receiving its monthly security update for March, with a number of extras tossed in for good measure. According to a Nexus community manager who posted on Reddit, the OTA update includes some changes that were made as a result of user feedback. These changes will improve the stability, connectivity and performance of the stock Android handset.

While the OTA update has started rolling out now, it might not have hit your LG manufactured Nexus 5X yet. You can try to coax it out of your phone manually by going to Settings > About Phone > Check for updates.

SoGoogle is killing two birds with one stone for the Nexus 5X. Judging from the comments posted in Reddit, there are quite a few bugs on the device including some related to Wi-Fi connectivity, and others related to the fingerprint scanner. Others have complained about bugs found in the camera. Hopefully the update will fix some of these issues even while it beefs up the security of the phone.
