After hearing about the Motorola Zeppelin making an appearance at the FCC
, it looks like it’s taking flight and heading off to Barcelona where it’ll hopefully be unveiled. Although the name itself may conjure up memories of giant-sized mechanical blimps slowly trekking the skies, in a way it shows itself in its design – it’s oddly shaped from the looks of it. The photo provided by mobil.cz gives us a clearer view of what to expect with this Android powered handset – it’s rumored to sport a 5-megpixel camera, 3.2” HVGA display, GPS, touch sensitive buttons, and MOTOBLUR. The social networking themed interface will hopefully be running on top of Android 2.0 or 2.1
. This would most likely be classified as a mid-range handset considering the current availability of the Motorola DROID, Milestone, and CLIQ. Either way, it looks as though it’s taking its maiden voyage to Spain where it’ll hopefully make a splash, as opposed to the conflagration that met Hindenburg.
