Latest ad for Apple iPhone 6s stars Neil Patrick Harris and Hands-Free Siri
Neil Patrick Harris, who has not only hosted his share of award shows but has also won his share of awards, stars in the latest commercial for the Apple iPhone 6s. The ad focuses on the Hands-Free Siri feature that became available with the launch of iOS 8. However, activating Siri by calling her back then required that your iPhone be plugged into an outlet. That changed with the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus.
The two newest full-featured iPhones can be used to call for Siri (By saying "Hey, Siri") even when either handset is untethered to a charging cable. And that feature is being used by the actor known as NPH as he practices a speech that he plans on giving, once he wins whatever award he is up for.
Apple called on a different television personality just two months ago when it released another Hands-Free Siri ad. You might recall that Cookie Monster was featured in the commercial that ran back in March.
