LG Optimus G2 flagship may get announced at CES 2013
Although not very probable, there's still a chance for us to see the LG Optimus G2 at CES 2013. At least that is what Digitimes reports, but while we'd love to see LG's next super-phone in just a few days, we have to admit that we're not at all convinced that this will happen.

Having in mind that the Optimus G was an absolute beast in the specs department, we're naturally expecting its successor to be an even more powerful device. According to Digitimes, our expectations are perfectly reasonable, as they report that the "South Korea-based LG Electronics plans to showcase the Optimus G2 Android smartphone, with a 5.5-inch screen, and Qualcomm quad-core S4 Prime MSM8974."

We don't know about you, but the thought of a large-screened smartphone with a quad-core S4 Prime processor sure sounds appealing to us! It's only that the Optimus G launched just recently, so we kind of doubt the rumor. Still, LG may simply showcase the device at CES, and then release it many months later, although that kind of approach has never been a good idea.
