If you read Playboy for the articles, you'll love this new app

According to some interesting statistics from Playboy, 80% of the 19 million monthly visitors to the Playboy.com site are coming from a mobile device. In order to meet this demand, Playboy has introduced a new app for iOS and Android flavored devices called Playboy NOW. It has everything that readers of Playboy come to expect from the magazine. That is, everything except for the pictures.

What the app offers is articles and interviews about celebrities, trends and sports. Yes, there are videos, but these are focused on sports, entertainment and women that are clothed. There are photo galleries, but there is no nudity on the app.

Playboy recently updated its website with a goal to build "the greatest site the Internet has ever seen." And if giving your mind a work out instead of working out your, well, you know, then you might find the articles to be a worthy read. It's a free download available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
