Although we're just one month away from the end of the year, there might be just enough time for some companies to release their last smartphones for 2018. Huawei recently launched its second flagship of the year, the Mate 10 Pro, but the Chinese handset maker may have a few more aces up its sleeve.

One of them could be the unannounced Huawei nova 2S, which has just popped up in China. The nova 2S is a high-end smartphone that's likely to be launched worldwide, although Huawei may use different names.

Aside from a handful of pictures showing some dummy nova 2S units, we're also given a sneak peek at the phone's possible specs. The Kirin 960 processor is what stands out, but the 6-inch FHD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio is worth mentioning as well.

Moreover, Huawei nova 2S boasts an impressive dual-camera setup that consists of 20MP and 16MP cameras. Apparently, Huawei included a no less impressive 20-megapixel camera in the front too.

Finally, the nova 2S will pack 6GB RAM inside and it will run Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI on top. Rumor has it, Huawei will unveil a couple of more smartphones in December, but we can't say for sure the nova 2S will be among them.
