Huawei ShotX, Europe's version of the Honor 7i, now available for pre-orders in Germany
You might recall that during the Summer, we told you about the Huawei Honor 7i. This is a mid-range handset that sports a unique 13MP camera, that you can change from a rear-facing to a front-facing shooter with the flip of a finger. Either way, you'll have a dual LED flash to help you take well-lit pictures, even under low-light conditions.

In China, the phone is called the Honor 7i. Elsewhere in Europe, the handset will be called the Huawei ShotX according to several German retailers who are taking reservations for the device. The unit features a 5.2-inch display with a 1080 x 1920 FHD resolution. A Snapdragon 616 SoC is under the hood, with an octa-core 1.5GHz CPU and the Adreno 405 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of internal, expandable storage.

A 3100mAh battery keeps the pistons pumping, and the Huawei ShotX supports 4G LTE connectivity. A fingerprint scanner is aboard, and Android 5.1.1 is pre-installed. Consumers will have a trio of color options, Coastal Gold, Isle Blue, and Polar White. The pre-orders for the phone are priced at the equivalent of $397 USD, with delivery expected in two-weeks.

Thanks for the tip!
