Google sets up pages globally for new Google Nexus 7 pre-notifications
While lucky U.S. consumers have been able to find retailers now selling the new Google Nexus 7, overseas Google is getting potential buyers warmed up by posting pre-notifications sites. In the U.S., Google introduced the new tablet on July 24th and it was supposed to launch on July 30th. Instead, the tablet was immediately found to be available at retailers like Staples and Amazon. Staples has sold out its inventory of both the 16GB and 32GB models, thanks to a $30 coupon code. Amazon sold out its stock of  the 32GB model.

After the U.S., the tablets will be available in the U.K., Germany, France, Spain, South Korea, Japan, Australia and Canada. Some U.K. retailers have already been taking pre-orders for the devices with a September 13th launch date. For those looking to buy the new slates directly from their local Google Play Store, each country has the aforementioned pre-notifications or sign-up site where potential buyers can leave their email address and be notified when the Google will be accepting pre-orders for the Nexus 7 in their country.

In the U.S., the Google Play Store is accepting orders for the 16GB and 32GB models at $229 and $269 respectively, and orders will ship no later than July 30th.
