Coming later this year, the ZTE Grand S Flex and ZTE Blade G
When Chinese manufacturer ZTE launched the 6.9mm thin Android flavored ZTE Grand S in March, it must have thought that it was HTC because it equipped the smartphone with a 1780 mAh cell. Considering that the battery has to keep fueled a quad-core processor and a 5 inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution, it seemed apparent that ZTE would have to do something with the next version of the phone. Enter the ZTE Grand S Flex.

The battery on the ZTE Grand S Flex is a 2300mAh capacity cell which will result in a slightly thicker body. We're sure that if you asked ZTE Grand S owners if they would give up some of that razor thin design for longer battery life, all of them would take the extra power. Speculation has the ZTE Grand S Flex launching first in France during September. Outside of the larger battery and its thicker girth, the ZTE Grand S Flex will offer the same specs and design as its predecessor.

Also expected later this year is the ZTE Blade G, the next phone in the Blade series. The device will sport a 4.5 inch screen with resolution of 480 x 854 and a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor is under the hood. 512MB of RAM is aboard and a 2000mAh battery keeps the lights on. This model will be available in late Summer.

Besides the ZTE Grand S Flex,  the ZTE Grand X2 In is also penciled in for a September launch in France.. This Intel powered phone will have a rear camera with one of the fastest times between shutter snaps. The camera will shoot 24 frames per second. The unit will come to market with Android 4.1.2 installed.
