Blackview, the maker of phones rugged and secure sold at entry-level price tags, is running a Black Friday promo over at Amazon with some of its best handsets at up to 20% off. The deal will run from Friday, November 23 to November 27, so that it can cover Cyber Monday as well.
Blackview BV6000s
What can you get for 20% off the list price? Not the top-shelf Blackview BV9600 Pro, of course, that one will be $480 when it lands on Amazon stocks in a few days, but the company knocks the BV6000s down to $135.99 (from $169.99).
For the lovers of compact phones, who don't have many choices these days, the BV6000s promo might be a blessing in disguise, as it sports a 4.7" IPS LCD display, making it comfortable to hold and carry. Needless to say, it has a military standard certification for drop-resistance, and the IP68 water-tight label makes it survive in up to three feet of water for up to half an hour, protecting the power under the hood.
A large 4500 mAh battery coupled with the HD display resolution makes the phone last for days on end in the boondocks.
BlackView BV9500 Pro
If you are keener on specs, next in Blackview's Black Friday discount line are the BV9500 ($305.99, from $359.99) and 9500 Pro ($407.99, from $479.99).
They comply with the military MIL-STD-810G drop and IP68 waterproofing standards and sport up to 6GB RAM + 128 GB ROM (Pro model).
Their main attraction, though, is the giant 10000mAh with very fast wired and wireless charging. The Quick Charge 3.0 pins can top the behemoth battery pack in just 3.5 hours which is a pretty sweet deal for such a capacity.
BlackView A7
Last but not least is the stylish A7 at the rock-bottom $71.99, instead of the regular $89.99. Its 5" HD display will appeal to compact phone aficionados but don't expect rugged certificates or 4G LTE connectivity. The 3G bands cover all US carriers, but voice over CDMA at Sprint or Verizon will be a no-go.
The Blackview A7 is a basic dual-SIM handset with nice design that can server as a great backup or childern's phone that won't break the bank for you. As a reminder, the Amazon prices you see here will be discounted from November 23-27, in honor of the biggest shopping day of the year.
