Apple Watch to launch in Europe earlier than expected

Apple Watch to launch in Europe earlier than expected
An update to Apple's websites in Europe seems to indicate an earlier overseas launch for the Apple Watch than earlier expected. Previously, the European sites had the smartwatch as "Coming in 2015." The new wording says that the Apple Watch is "Coming Early 2015". That is the same wording used on Apple's website in the U.S.

And yes, technically today can be considered early 2015, but we don't believe that Apple is going to want to share the spotlight with all of the companies that will be making announcements at CES starting next week. The most logical launch date that we've heard would be February 14th, Valentine's Day. That's because Apple has been alone in treating its smartwatch as a piece of fashionable jewelry, something we haven't seen from other manufacturers. Apple has displayed the Apple Watch at a Paris fashion show and has promoted the device using a fashion model.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has called his company's smartwatch a game changer, and he might be on target. Some Wall Street analysts have been calling for first year sales of the device to reach 30 million units. Others have called this figure too conservative.

Just get it to an Apple store in Las Vegas, I'll handle it from there.

Apple should learn the meaning of the word early. They announced the Apple watch to the world back in September 9. This January 9 will make it 4 months already. Making it the most hyped up product that Apple already treats like its launched already. With articles actually comparing this product to existing smart watches already out on the market.

If you feel the need to congratulate yourself on correctly spelling something then I've some bad news for you, buddy. Life isn't going to get any easier for you. PS: You used the quotes incorrectly now.

TimCook is human bro... everyone is entitled to a typo every once in a while without worrying about getting attacked because of it.

I normally don't correct people under the assumption that english might not be their first language and TBH its the thought that counts not the language but if you're posing yourself as Tim Cook and be an ass about it then you better do it right !

More like how its users will handle it. Will they embrace it or will it be something that will stay in niche category.

I was thinking the same thing. Version 2.0 should be more interesting. More features, thinner footprint, better battery life, and, and, and.

How is that news? There isnt a single device on this planet that has some kind of OS on it that has the exact free space as it says on the box, 8gb, 16gb, 32gb etc. Not to mention android phones having even less free space. Just some trolls trying to get themselves in the news by wasting cash on pointless lawsuits.

I really am curious to see how this thing does... 30 million units sold in a year seems like an absurdly inflated number to me. But hey, maybe I'll be wrong...
