I just purchased this phone and after a couple of hours with a Net10 "Customer Service Rep" we finally got the number from our old Net10 phone transfered.  The instruction manual that came with it does not advise how to set the time and date, that should be so simple that you shouldn't need any instructions but this particular phone has some ways about it.  We will see, the jury is still out.

 very good phone, basic clamshell, but has a lot of smart functions, who needs a phone for $299,when you can get this phone for 20 bucks with the same functions. and by the way this phone has a world clock which shows eastern europe. " Warsaw,Prague, Budapest, Berlin, "ect". also has a web browser, i in't  buying a phone for 180-300, just so i could go on the web, i can browse with this one.
