very goooooooood phone!!! love that it has a great media player...very customizable...the camera is great....it is a HUGE improvement from my other phone that didnt even have any of these things JUST a BASIC call and text only phone!....:S...so i love it

the touchscreen is killing me everytime it hangs up.. so much delay and inaccurate. i haved calibrated it may be 50x already.. including factory rest gosh!...
every else is fine.. LG should improve its touchscreen technology on this cellphones.. i feel frustrated everytime it hangs up.. i cant even take calls because the screen cant be used as touchscreen as it was desinged touchscreen or don't touchscreen?!!!

Might be ok for a cheap phone, but...

LO has owned it for less than year before publishing this review

I'm against the outrageous prices and mandatory data packages just to get a nice phone through a major carrier, so unfortunately I'm negated to the cheapo "rest of" filler stock that the cellular companies provide. I'm pretty picky about phones, and had to find one quick after my last died. The phone starts out ok and seems to work well once you learn the quirks of its touch screen, but Ive had it about 8 months and the touch screen is starting to fail. Out of the 3 (most important) infrared buttons on the bottom, the dial button does not work at all, and the menu and end call buttons don't work 80% of the time, which means I have trouble trying to hang up phone calls, and I have to fight with the phone just to do it. Sometimes I have to take the battery off just to hang up a mistaken call, which happens often cause the rest of the touch screen isn't acting very much better! Half the time its pressing the wrong key, sometimes multiple times. (I have enough trouble entering a voice mail password).... and sometimes keystrokes don't register at all. BUT.. Despite all that, this phone does have a couple of neat features, and was ok when it was working properly. I am going to have it professionally cleaned and see if that helps. If not, well, I guess you get what you pay for don't you? Buy a case, treat it nicely, and maybe you'll have better luck.

this phone sucked my joy of having a touch screen i mean its as tempramental as a teenager on speed, more disapointing than a monologue in latin and all in all has the batterylife of a dynamite fuse either i was previledged to get the one in a million faulty stock or you guys are just lucky cos i ain't feeling the sparkies

KM 555 - A NICE COMPACT ALL PURPOSE PHONE

i feel it is worth the money. cant compare with other phones since its price is low. not many phones give this much options with this price. everything i needed was there. it is beautiful,sleek,soft touch,wifi,beautiful camera,sound quality superb,fm radio. thanks lg.

I Love this phone....it have alot of features including wi-fi for its price range....the battery life is not the best but copable....its very firm n solid...the touch is very sensitive and the reaction time is fast...i love that it has a great media player...very customizable...the camera is great....it is a HUGE improvement from my other phone that didnt even have any of these things JUST a BASIC call and text only phone!....:S...so i love it....it fitted right into my price rage and lg is a relible name brand and amazon was great in shipping so i went right ahead.

lg km555, no themes, software update was not found, minimal application,....... compare to nokia.. camera is not good compare to 2.0 mp of nokia phones................................................................
design is good, slim.. touchpad is also good... typing message is good.. wi-fi is good...
