Now that the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini is official, some of you are probably wondering how one can get their hands on it. Well, the smartphone won't be out for at least another two or three weeks, but online pre-orders are already live in the U.K.
Phones 4U is now accepting pre-orders and is willing to give the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini for free with a contract from one of several available carriers. Furthermore, the first 350 customers will be given a Samsung S Pebble MP3 player as a gift, simply for being awesome. Subscriptions are priced between £25 and £36 per month.
For those who need a refresher, the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini is a lot like a stripped-down version of its bigger brother, the Galaxy S III, and as such it comes with a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen with WVGA resolution and a dual-core 1GHz processor. There is a 5-megapixel main camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing shooter for video chats. The latest version of Android - 4.1 Jelly Bean, is running the show.

I feel bad for the indivituals that think this is a good phone.
4" screen with awful PPI, a slow processor, and a camera with less megapixels.

not everyone needs a state of the art cellphone..
a lot of people just get "free" phones & this would be a good deal for them
